About me

I didn’t come into fitness from a lifelong love of the gym. I found it when I needed it.

After having my son via emergency C-section, I had postnatal complications and diastasis recti. I felt disconnected from my body and unsure how to move forward. Working with a specialist coach changed everything. It gave me structure, confidence, and a completely different relationship with exercise.

That experience is why I do this now.

Alongside this, I’ve spent over 20 years working as a TV producer, so I understand how busy and full life can be. My approach is built around that reality, not against it.

Over time, I’ve become particularly interested in how women’s bodies change through their 30s, 40s and beyond — and how strength training can support that.

It’s not about extremes or intensity. It’s about training in a way that works with your body, helping you stay strong, capable, and confident long term.

I’m here to help you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body again.

Nadia has been brilliant at encouraging me back to exercise and reminding me that it can be fun. I really feel like she took my specific needs into account (ankle rehab and pelvic floor challenges) and planned exercises that would build strength in these areas.
